But I do say no more than ten to twenty million killed, tops, uh, depending on the breaks." - and holding a file titled 'World Targets in Megadeaths' you'll know it was a documentary all along...

Excellent analysis. How ironic that the man in charge of our nukes wanted to nuke a hurricane and asked General Milley why the military couldn’t just shoot peaceful protesters in the legs. What could possibly go wrong; which already hasn’t? It’s a rhetorical question, no need to answer!…:)
